Betsy West developed an interest in yoga with the intention of finding balance and flexibility, stress reduction and improved breath control.
After practicing for 12 years, she became a certified yoga instructor through Cape Cod Yoga School. She founded GraceYoga in order to help others find healing and balance through their own practice.

Due to scoliosis and spinal fusions, Betsy understands first-hand that each person comes to the mat with diverse abilities. Her hope is to create a grace filled space for students to explore their own healing practice.

Betsy is a lifelong singer. She performs with the Cape Cod Moonlighters Big Band, as well as with other local musicians.
She is married, has two grown and married children and a precious granddaughter.

Teaching has allowed Karen to share her experience of the transformational power of the practice with individuals and within communities.
Outside of the studio, Karen loves to hike trails with her pack, camp and wander with her partner, and pray through living a life of gratitude and wonder.
